oh, how I almost thought this place was nice. check-in at 3:30 pm and a check-out at 10 am? they shoudl have at least given me an extension without charging. and don’t even get me started on the public bath, only open at 4 pm like who even thought that was a good idea!

I really loved the spacious room and the delicious traditional breakfast, which was a true highlight of our stay. The onsen was such a relaxing treat, along with the fantastic massage options available. The only downside was that I wished the public bath opened earlier in the day, but it didn't overshadow the wonderful experience. 🌟

The rooms at Hakushikaso were huge and very relaxing. I particularly enjoyed the onsen, which offered many beauty products for free. The ryokan was easily accessible by foot and located close to the deer park, making it very convenient for exploration. The food served was also delicious, enhancing the overall experience.

The WiFi connection on the third floor was extremely slow.
